I think the pressure he feels comes from with in, to perform, to be looked up to, to be put on a pedestal. Some times we are unable to reach our goals, the need to assess ourselves on a frequent basis must be done, address our short comings and adjust our goals.

IMO, BH is not capable of handling the big moments, the stress and the pressure is to great at this moment in time. He must reevaluate himself as we all do at different periods in our lives.

Don't put yourself out there if you cant take being shot down (figuratively speaking that is). He will either grow or regress from this experience, my hope is he will grow.
