Maybe I should say MY OPINION IS in place of I THINK. There is no expert on what Nick Saban will do besides NICK SABAN. Anything we say is a THOUGHT and an OPINION. I don't know what the man will do but MY THOUGHT is that he won't be around long. The popular theme among Bama posters is that he just LOVES Bama and could never leave that money. Scoop (who I think is a great poster) keeps telling himself that Saban LOVES the stress of the Bama job and looks so beaten because he is unhappy about losing. I think Nick did love the stress at one time but he's getting older and it would appear to be wearing him down. He had plenty of stress at Miami for more money but broke under the stress and left. I would agree with Scoop that Alabama is probably one of the highest stress jobs out there. I don't, however, think that Saban knew he would have such a difficult time with staffing, personel and booster's butting into the program. He is at the stage in life that he wants a strong, smooth program without interference. He will never have that entire package at Alabama and my OPINION/THOUGHT is that he will bolt. Will he bolt for WVU? Who knows. Will he bolt when a job like Penn State comes up? Probably! Those are both schools who cut their coaches some slack and are loyal to them as long as they compete well in their conference and occasionally challenge for a championship. That is the kind of job that older coaches like to retire at. Alabama will never be that program so I just do not see him staying. I know it's not a popular opinion with the Alabama faithful but it is an OPINION shared by more than just me.

The suggestion that Saban will go to WVU is stupid. Your apparent obsession with the topic is just as bad. Saban did some great things for LSU. He's Bama's coach now. Get behind Les and let Nick go.
