ETA: I was always under the impression you had to have your phone on you to play music - this is not the case. You can put up to 500 songs on the watch and use bluetooth headphones. Now I want one, dammit.

Yeah. The music thing is pretty awesome. Also it'd be nice to not look at my phone all the time.. Most of my contact about work is via text or email so I'm constantly looking at my phone.
I think steel is supposed to be more durable and handle daily wear and tear, with a better screen? But then I google and there are a few articles on why the aluminum is better.
