Etling took charge. just what we want and NEED a QB to do. the team responded.
it would not at all surprise me that that's what pissed Miles off. he doesn't let a QB be a field general. it's called micro management. and with most people micro management eventually destroys their ability to think and act on their own; they are constantly worried about the reaction of their boss and just do the safe thing, right or wrong.
