Sorry to hear about that. When FEMA came to my house they didn't ask to see any pictures. All she wanted to see was my license and one utility bill. Then I needed to provide her with a receipt saying I rented humidifiers. She walked in each room and asked what I had lost that was not materialistic. I didn't get as much money as I was hoping for. But at this point I would of taken anything. I also lost everything.
