Got 10 inches of water. Doing everything without contractors. Drywall (hanging/floating), insulation, painting, flooring. Gonna hang cabinets and rebuild countertops, too. I guess I'll go ahead and form an LLC and invoice myself to make future potential buyers feel better.
EDIT: No electrical work required, obviously. I don't mess with that either.
