No, no. It doesn't work that way. Kelly was developed at Clemson, then at EMCC. QBs get developed where they were first. The rant told me so.

Well Freeze's uncle is Jim Kelly. Id be willing to bet that Chad Kelly learned everything he knows from his uncle.
