Those early tourney exits were because Shaq could not hit a FT and all opposing coaches knew it.

Avoid revisionist history.

A team with Chris Jackson, Clarence Cesar, Vernel Singleton, Stanley Roberts, and Shaq....all to waste thanks to the Hack-a-Shaq..,which easily worked.

But hey...he sure could dunk.

In 2nd round loss to Indiana Shaq went 12 for 12 from free throw line.

Shaq was 26-30, combined, in three NCAA tourney losses.
