I think absolutely with the proper system and good coaching. I do believe someone like Jimbo could come over and make him a very effective QB in his system. It's not a coincidence so many QBs are mediocre as hell in CFB but still able to field competent QBs regardless if they're putting QB3 on the field. No way is our scouting for QBs consistently this bad, it has to be on the coaches shoulders especially when you consider how good LSU recruits talent in every other position. The only constant is the system Miles runs and Miles himself. That's your explanation as to why our QBs suck every year. I don't know what else it takes for anyone who supports Miles to see he has been a problem for LSU since he came here. The only difference is it was a slow developing problem that finally hit rock bottom in the NC game and stayed that way since. He's not been able to develop any QB who has sat in his system from day 1. Jamarcus, Flynn and Mettenberger were all QBs who seen significant development prior to coming to Miles getting his hands on them.

As far as this season goes, he's done. No way will he recover mentally from that game yesterday. The only thing he's going to do from this point forward is regress because he'll be trying too hard.
