You know how many damn times some helicopter parent comes in hoopin n hollerin about lawyers? shite... every damn day
School is tough and you cannot rely on teachers/admins catching everything. It takes complete effort/communication by all 3 involved parties...the kid, the school, and the parent

what I have also found is that some of the victims don't really know what "bullying" means. Some kids think that if they were the butt of one joke then they were "bullied"... They then go to the parent who then goes to the school raising hell about "teachers need to do their jobs and protect my baby"....
I love how teachers are required to earn their degrees not only in education but they now are expected to get some kind of certification in VIP protection by the Secret Service as well
How about we raise kids to not be assholes to each other and to also protect themselves when assholes approach them?
