Same crap with me going on 4 years now. Ex just uses my kids as pawns or weapons to hurt me. I stay stressed and worried about them constantly. What makes it worse she still wants me back. Not much I can do about it at all. It's so bad it's starting cause tears in the relationship I'm in now. I just let my kids know I love them more than anything every chance I get.

Quit being a pussy. She does it because she KNOWS it's a way to hurt you.
Again, once you quit being or showing your affected, it will stop.
