If not, good luck on seeing your child. But I hope you can see the many many errors in both of your actions that lead to situations like this. Just be the best person you can be and that will make you a better father as well. Which in turn, makes your chances better.

Which would lead to the next questions of are you stated as the father on the child's birth certificate and are you supporting her financially?
If the answer to either is no GFY, that is the governments child, you were just a babysitter and likely a poor one at that.
