You can catch Jacoby Stevens tonight at 7 on ESPNU, but the game of the weekend is Saturday at 5:00 CST when IMG academy (#4) visits Grayson, GA (#2). The game will be televised on ESPN2

IMG Academy is led by five-star linebacker Dylan Moses (No. 4 in the 247Sports Composite Rankings) and several other Top247 recruits in 2017 in Georgia defensive end commit Robert Beal, Maryland defensive end commit Joshua Kaindoh, LSU safety commit Grant Delpit, LSU receiver commit Jhamon Ausbon, center Cesar Ruiz, Ohio State safety verbal Isaiah Pryor, Ohio State cornerback commit Marcus Williamson, Notre Dame offensive line commit Robert Hainsey, Texas A&M quarterback commit Kellen Mond and linebacker Jordan Anthony.
Other 2017 notables for IMG include Texas A&M four-star linebacker commit Santino Marchiol, Arizona bound outside linebacker Bryce Brand, Nebraska offensive line commit Broc Bando, Oregon tight end commit Tre’ McKitty and Michigan State tight end commit Jack Camper.
Top247 prospects in the 2018 class for IMG are led by Clemson linebacker commit Mike Jones Jr., defensive tackle Taron Vincent, receiver Brian Hightower, running back Jamal Elliott, offensive tackle Reuben Unije, cornerback Houston Griffith, defensive tackle TK Chimedza, offensive guard Curtis Dunlap, offensive tackle Antwan Reed and running back Asa Martin.
Alabama athlete commit Trey Sanders and offensive tackle Evan Neal are two big-time 2019s

Grayson isn’t short on talent either
Top247 cornerbacks DeAngelo Gibbs and Jamyest Williams lead the way in the secondary. Williams will actually commit before the game with South Carolina the 247Sports Crystal Ball favorite. Georgia is considered the team to beat for Gibbs.
Senior offensive tackle Tony Gray is a Top247 recruit, as is Clemson quarterback commit Chase Brice and linebacker Breon Dixon. Duke commit Will Taylor is the nation’s No. 6 center and Michigan holds a verbal from running back Kurt Taylor. Defensive tackle Ellison Hubbard has several Power Five offers.
247Sports ranks 2019 linebacker Owen Pappoe as the No. 2 player in America.

That IMG vs Grayson game has the makings of 2011 LSU vs Bama.

His first defensive series didn't last very long

Jacoby Stevens' game:
Lightning delay in the first quarter. Supposed to restart at 8:44pm, but it's already been delayed multiple times
What I've seen:
-In on 3 tackles, one being a tackle for loss
-Made a nice pop on the QB on a blitz, but the QB got the ball off for a TD, so it was all for naught.
-One catch for roughly 5 yards
-Back for one PR, but the punt bounced backwards away from him
-One really poor effort when the opposing QB ran for a long gain. I know he is playing both ways and may have been conserving energy and was possibly hoping someone closer would tackle the QB, but he should've tackled him for a 5 yard gain instead of a 40+ gain. Looked like a half-assed effort.

Looks like Jacoby just hyperextended his right elbow on a deep ball that was under thrown. Didn't look too serious but scary enough.

Play resumes:
JS has the defender burned but can't catch the TD, goes thru his arms. Almost injured his arm, but returned.
Badly thrown 4th down pass deflected, intended for JS. TO on downs.

A little early on the pass breakup but a breakup downfield nonetheless

Multiple plays where he does not put any extra effort to run to the other side of the field if the play is run away from him and its someone else's responsibility. Even if he sees the play is going for 10 yards or more. Jogs or walks while watching.
Gotta be a conserving energy. Only excuse.

JS not impressed by the fumble.

Beautiful over the shoulder catch on offense for 29 yards.
Then misses his block on the next play and RB gets tackled for a loss.
