re: Moles in my yard. Any recommendations??

My dogs take care of any in the back yard, but I had to use the poison worms to get them out of the front yard. It worked great, but now roof rats have moved to my neighborhood and they have taken over the existing mole tunnels. I've caught a few of them by putting a rat trap next to the holes the rats use to get into the tunnel and covering the trap/hole with an overturned flower pot.
