Columbia Crest's parent, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, still owns and makes Two Vines. It's just its own label now and uses CA grapes in addition to WA.
I also really like their H3 (Horse Heaven Hills) line, which is a couple bucks more that the Grand Estates wines but still only about $12 a bottle.

While I'm not a big merlot drinker, their 2008 won a lot of competitions and was phenomenal. The H3 is a great budget lineup for sure.
