So run up your credit cards, get an unsecured loan from your bank, pocket the money, don't pay them back, then get a FEMA grant. Problem solved!

my Wife's aunt waited 6 hours to try and get DSNAP and was denied based on income. She doesn't make hardly anything. Apparently you have to pretty much qualify for SNAP to get DSNAP which fir those people had extra benefits extended automatically
