Hard work and patients. Pretty much anyone that I feel is a more successful hunter than me (deer, ducks, turkey) seems to all have more patients than me and work harder at it.
They don't use weather as an excuse. They scout when I sleep after a hunt. They work on blinds/stands when I go fishing in the summer. They can sit 45 min without calling with a gobler just over a ridge. It's not magic
