Once back in the early 90's, on the front page of the St Pete were two different stories, one was an elderly man who drove his car through the K Mart window and didn't stop until he hit the back wall, and another about a couple who ran over a windsurfer in Tampa bay, with a 80 something year old grandma, piloting their 45' yacht. The woman said she saw him and she froze... (surfer lived)
