When your boss pays you in excess of $4mil a year, gives you carte blache for assistants and facilities, and you can't win your division for (what will have been) five straight years, it's time for a change. 10-2 won't win the west this year.

Because the other guy winning it makes double and has way more resources given to him.

And that's a fact.

We will see just how well Georgia will do with this assistant coach at the helm vs his performance. Something tells me that the bulldog faithful will be regretful come October.

Sorry but if LSU fired Les and hired Kirby Smart or any assistant for that matter I think that is a huge disappointment. Schools like Georgia, Florida, Bama, Texas, Ohio State or LSU aren't places you go to learn how to be a head coach.
