just being flexible for the sake of being flexible is not always good. I know y'all are speaking in the general sense but it's much more involved than that.

Now, the yoga thing. It's fine. But it doesn't address anything at the individual level. Nothing done in a mass group does. Buuuut, it's hard to do it any other way when u working with over 100 people
