Miles did more with Saban's players than Saban did. So you can always shut them up with that.

2003 was pretty successful, and 2004 was only hampered by Mauck leaving early. Saban had LSU positioned for an epic run with JR, Flynn, and all that other talent. No reason to think Saban wouldn't have also won a NC at some point 2005-2007.
