Those suck too. Main benefit is its easier to apply downward force for the initial penetration, but the benefits end there. The blades break very easily and it's hard to get leverage when the heel of your palm isn't against anything. You have to rely on grip strength while torquing downward and the fatigue sets in very quickly.
