I think people really do not understand what the purpose of Fema assistance is for. I feel bad youre in a bad situation but the purpose of fema is not to fix a house that no one lives in.

I agree. In this situation there is nobody that is left homeless as the house was vacant. FEMA doesn't exist to maximize the profits when you sell an inherited asset.
