Live behind old live oak high. Just got cox internet back today. Also got cox tv back this afternoon at work at OLOL in walker. Also at&t service is back but doesn't seem to be at 100%.

Just got cable TV back today. Internet is a no go.
I called last night and the dumb bitch is asking me if I reset the modem, I'm like we have a bunch of shite going on down here and rebooting isn't the answer. She obviously wasn't from this area. Can you give me a time frame? She couldn't give me one.
I kept thinking to myself that I got lucky that my house wasn't flooded ,but COX is a business, so I gotta make a business decision. So I'm going to ask for a credit very soon. I want to see how much longer this shite is out.

Try to get a local rep if you do. We were told the first time that "no credit is given for weather related events."

I keep going back and forth from being connected but with insanely slow speeds, to the little yellow triangle over the bars and no connection. fricking killing me. Especially since the cox building in denham is 2 miles down the road.

FWIW a PSA. If you have uverse you need to check your bill. If you are over 2500 ft from the box and are paying for the highest speed internet...you're getting robbed. When you're that far from the box you can't get the speed they charge you. Just got into this with them and they've been overcharging me for over 5 years and admitted it.
