I think I would be happy with the exploration if it wasn't mostly just palette swaps of the same 5-6 things. I would like to see more variety in the plants and trees and more parts available to make up the wildlife. You really do feel like you've seen most of what there is to see after you explore the first couple star systems.
It's a beautiful game and it can be fun exploring to find the best looking vistas for screenshots, but I wish there was more to do on these planets. I'm optimistic that they will create more content for this game over time. It's a good start. I'm sure some people will get 100s of hours out of this game, but I think for most people, it's hard to recommend it for $60 when they could play Abzu and have almost the exact same experience for $20.
