Difference is most Cards fan would agree that they may be albatross contracts in which we dont get good value out of.
If Waino doesnt rebound that will be a bad contract. Leake is overpaid right now.

Heyward will never be worth what you are paying him. Even at career averages he is a light hitting corner outfileder with great defense. Thats not a 25m dollar type of player.

After 2006 and 2011 just get there
It's not like the cubs are going to win 120 games. They'll end up around where the cards did last year, and start the playoffs even with everybody else.
