Don't feel like doing research, at least post a link to some information about the app.

I'm on my phone so I can't post a link. Maybe you can google it and get an idea of it's benefits. I haven't figured it all out yet but so far it's been great.

Waze uses Google Maps combined with crowd-sourcing essentially. The more people who use it, the better it is. If I have it open and am stuck in traffic on the interstate, I can put a tag on where I am. Also it monitors your speed so that when someone else maps a route it avoids the areas with traffic to get you to your destination faster.

You can also tag speed-traps, wrecks, etc. and the app will warn you of the danger ahead. Ive avoided a couple of speeding tickets using the app.
