You can act like that's not your reasoning, but jumping to conclusions about the character of the victim doesn't help support that.
I tend to side with that of the homeowner and believe them when they say firearms were brandished and profanities hurled in threatening manner until proven otherwise

ftr I don't think he was directly concluding anything about the victim's character even if it came off that way. He was only suggesting his perspective as a property owner.

I never once implied anything about race. I called him a thug. You interpreted that as a race thing.
I base that on, in this country, innocence until proven guilty. The criminal record of the dead guy helps support my opinion. Wouldn't you agree?
