It's hard to call anyone who actually made it to the bigs a bust, simply because that is an accomplishment in itself;

I wouldn't consider high draft picks that don't make it a bust. That happens too often to count. To me it would be guys that showed lots of potential in the minors, were called up to the big leagues with much fanfare, and proceeded to have very short or mundane careers.
