i've had both…several times. had billy's many more times tho. i rarely go thru krotz springs without stopping there. frankly i wouldn't drive across the road for quebedeaux's boudin balls.

Billy's (Krotz Springs) and Quebedeaux's are owned by the same family. Quebedeaux's is owned by the daughter and son-in-law of the owner of Billy's.
Billy's has won awards for their boudin....Quebedeaux's is using the same recipe....it's a family secret apparently.
