I think the problem is that he's not asked to do those things much, so there isn't a large sample size for it.
But Fournette is a great receiver. He has that ability for sure. And blocking is mostly effort anyway.
Once scouts work him out catching the ball, he'll be fine.

The LSU offense, and Fournette himself, would be much more productive overall if they did throw him the ball in space more.
