It is a very boring video. I realize that they are trying to promote their business with an "artsy" approach. However, they just repeat themselves too much at the beginning. It comes off as lazy and not creative.

I also noticed they are mentioning their services, but they could do it in a more visually pleasing way (displaying the item alongside the caption).

Also, it is just too long for a commercial. I would limit it to 2 minutes unless I had a good script to keep it at 3.
