I'm optimistic that the NFL (moreso than any other sports league) see's the biggest turnover of top teams year in and year out.
Why not us?
We will have a top 5 offense. And we have done everything within our power to improve the defense to a top 15 level.
No reason we can't compete for it all by seasons end!
And dont even start predicting wins and losses. Like I said. Those good teams from last year may suck arse this year.
Bold prediction: WE SWEEP THE CAMTHERS!

I think after back-to-back 7-9 outings, anything more that cautious optimism would be unwarranted.
I think they've made some changes that could prove to be positive. They've brought in some rookies, who could potentially be very exciting. There are some things to be hopeful for. Not sure how all of that will translate to Wins and Losses, but if we avoid the injury bug, we can definitely be competitive with anyone.
