Dude....Caribbean student who failed Step 1 twice? She is done. And that is the most polite way to say it.
She needs to quit now so she can stop acquiring the debt which is about 3-4 times that of American schools.

I know nothing about medical school or Step 1, but it seems pretty clear in this thread that she's done.
