Pedro #1

Koufax #2 (brief blaze of glory for a few years once he got control)

Kershaw 3

Bob Gibson 4a
Steve Carlton 4b (when he had control two different times in his long career)

Randy Johnson 5a asswipe ruined J T Snow's career but...
Ryan 5b

Baumgartner

and yet you leave out Greg Maddux? His 4 year stretch from 92-95 with an ERA of 1.98 is quite dominant. Add in the next 2 years and it's still 2.15. He went 16-6 and 19-2 in back to back shortened seasons.

I'm shocked so few people mentioned Bob Gibson.

One problem I have with modern era pitchers from the 80's on is the lack of complete games. They're all a bunch of candy asses that cannot go the distance with any regularity.
