Aranda likes to run a different 3-4 than your prototypical NFL 3-4, relying on Godchaux's combination of speed and power to cause chaos on the OL as opposed to relying on the stereotypical space eater NT. That being said, if we do get Valentine, and he's as good as advertised, that changes how you run a DL. Especially since Aranda is all about setting up his defense around his players' strengths.
IF Valentine is on the team and as good as we think he may be, i think we start looking at two different DL groups that work two different ways. One with Godchaux at NT and the other with Valentine. Both working different ways, Godchaux's being Aramda's brand, Valentine being more traditional NFL 3-4.
Also, watch out for Rashaad Lawrence. He's going to contribute some quality minutes.
