I don't get giving the cops a hard time at every damn opportunity. If you were speeding you got caught...take the ticket. No need to frick with a man doing his job.

He is asking if it's legal. If it is not illegal in that situation to roll the window all the way down, and what the cop did was illegal. That is probably why he was asking .
