Are you really defending that woman's actions?

I didn't watch the video but I do know they have to have probable cause to justify something like forcing their way in to your phone.(since it's like forcing their way in to your home) There's another video out there with some guy who shows how to get pulled over and not get out of your car by handing shite out the window, keeping your hands on the wheel and not having anything suspicious in the car.

No. BUT, an officer CAN ask you to exit the vehicle for pretty much any reason. Usually, it's because the officer has suspicions or for personal safety.

If you're not going to comply with a simple request from an officer, fine. But you need to be prepared for the lawful repercussions.

I don't legally have to give a couple of thugs my wallet if they ask for it at gun/knife point, but it's probably in my best interest to do so.

Certain situations in life are unfair and shouldn't happen to people. But shite happens, and you can either be difficult about it or you can weigh your options and make the choice that keeps you safe and out of trouble.

This woman may be well within her rights, and may well have her day in court to address her grievances, but now she has a smashed window and had to waste time dealing with it.

The alternative? Roll down her window and avoid all of that nonsense.

do you tell your boss no when she asks you to do an important task?

technically you don't have to, but just wait for the wrath to come for not doing it

Yes she has to legally roll the window down. She was being detained for a violation.

So many people try and use DUI checkpoint logic against being pulled over for breaking the law. fricking morons. lol
