Liking or not liking a movie is subjective at best to begin with. Literally every single method you use determining if a movie is "good or bad" is going to have flaws. Your best bet is to do some research and find a movie critic that likes and dislikes the same movies you do.
Rotten Tomatoes is pretty damn clear in their rating system. Obviously only giving a positive and negative option for reviews is not going to be the most mathematically accurate.
