Whether you consider it a race issue or class issue. That does not matter. It is an issue that affects a much larger percentage of blacks than whites. It is something that needs to get fixed.

Not targeting you first off just using this idea. How can so many black people claim to be at a financial disadvantage in these types of situations but quick to point out "more white people are on welfare than black?"
