I'm having coverage issues with project Fi, it seems that I'm having problems in places that I didn't before. Is anyone else noticing this?

No. Has sprint or t-movile reduced the size of their networks?

Keep in mind that over the next 2 or so weeks, Project Fi is turning on the US Cellular towers, your Project Fi app should have updated last week or this week to the latest version which added US Cellular support.
They turned on in my area Thursday and I've been on their towers now more than Sprint or TMO in my area.
Never any coverage issues on Sprint or even TMO before that though.
Also, there is an app in the play store called FiSwitch, I believe it's pay only, that allows you to manually switch networks. It's really good. This app.
