Let me be more specific in my post as to the point i was trying to make. I honestly think it would be great practice of the cops over the loudspeaker would ask the driver to step out of the vehicle with their hands up for traffic stops. Naturally, if you do it on your own, it would, commonsense wise be stupid. That is a given.

Not sure if insurance would let them pull every single person out to stand on an active road, but I'm not an insurance agent
