Parents in very bitter custody arrangements.



We have had situations where a parent that has sole custody blocks the father from visiting the child. If the mother has legal papers to back it up....all we can do is comply. Had a dad get so angry at us for kicking him out that he threatened to come back with a gun and shoot everyone up. He never came back....but the rest of that week was a scary one for us and we actually had police stationed at the doors to our unit that entire week(we are a locked unit...people have to ring a buzzer and we hit a button to allow them in).
