The Lonzo Ball article was one of the only really great things they have done. ALso the interview with the Shark from Jaws was a very good creative piece.
A lot of the NBA coverage has been basically "Giannis is SO frickING AMAZING" and "Boogie must be so mad at Vivek Ranadive". I am kind of surprised HBO and Simmons are paying for that kind of shite from Chris Ryan and company.
I loved Titus's book. You get a clear idea of what he thinks of all of his NBA friends. Guys like Gordon Hayward and Mike Conley get off really easy because they have basically no embarrassing anecdotes. My favorite story is about how he knew Daequan Cook for 5 years yet when he showed up to OSU practice, Cook walked up to him and asked if he knew him from somewhere because he looked familiar
As for Turner, I think everyone hated him at first, but Titus and the Villain became friends their final year together.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if they haven't talked in years though.
