I have to say after seeing this Alt Shift X video, I am more up for the Sansa and Jon marriage in the show and even in the books, even when I never saw it as a rational option before watching Season 6: LINK

I really do not see how the Jon and Sansa marriage would make sense. He is still her cousin and he views her as a sister. I dont think either of them are into the incestual relationship, especially since their father/uncle found incest appalling and unnatural. It just screams "non-Stark" to me.

The Alt Shift X video about Jon & Sansa is very good & explains it rationally.
I honestly didn't think about them getting together until several of my friends told me about it about halfway through S6. I then realized that I was all aboard the Jon & Sansa train. Plus it helps that Sophie & Kit play off of each other well on screen that I think they came off as having better chemistry than Jon with Ygritte at times.
I could see it being a political marriage that grows into love like Cat and Ned.
