Are you technically required to do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and then 300 squats for a true Murph? I've never had anyone tell me to do it that way. We were always allowed to break it up however we wanted.
Doing 300 squats and then running a mile with the vest on would be absolutely brutal. The run at the end is already the worst, and I've always broken it up.
