i think it fits well. she has been overlooked her entire life, even by the person whom is helping her take E corp down, and then she gets the job and realizes that these are just people trying to live their lives as well as holding some value in the company. i can see the turn happening

I agree with that, she is going to be the every person, Girl Scout, bad arse, I just don't care for it or her.
