When she first applied to take the bar exam, Wyche alleges that she requested to be given 50% extra-time, stop-clock breaks and a private testing room. She also alleges that she attached letters from doctors confirming her diagnoses and a letter from Harvard that confirmed she received similar accommodations from the law school.

I hate this shite at law school

Accommodating for cognitive issues in a competitive and academic environment is idiotic. If you get in a wreck and you want the law school to hold your spot during recovery, fine. Same for an employer.

But if your issues keep you from performing in a quality and timely manner? Absolutely not. I think if you take accommodations in law school (for stuff like this, not people who need wheelchair access or a braille computer) you should be forced to forfeit your class ranking.

At LSU, these "afflicted" students would get time and a half.
