So she was outraged at the "unfair treatment" and failed to consider that special circumstances might apply to the person who was exempt, or rather, "allowed to disobey." If only she had been informed, she would have made an even more perfect proposal considerate of everyone's feelings. Human nature intact, same as it ever was.
