So try to only eat at locally owned and locally sourced restaurants or at least locally owned ethnic restaurants. If I have to eat at a chain I'd prefer it to be shake shack or pf changs - still good quality - never that breaded frozen Sysco crap

My tom Brady cookbook is in I'm going to try some of his recipes this next week since I'm finally not traveling. This will be the year that I achieve abs and maintain me six pack
